Cheap compared to the rest of the available accommodation in Bologna and the location is ok.

The check-in was very complicated. Many documents had to be filled out, and we received a lot of information, but not all of it was applicable or correct. For example is was stated many times that a video call is necessary to access the apartment, but this video call never took place in the end. The apartment has an intense, lingering smell of cigarettes, even when keeping the windows open. The beds squeak a lot, and you can feel the springs on your back. There is mould in the shower, and almost no water comes out of the shower head (beware if you have long hair). There are no cleaning supplies. We did not receive an invoice covering the full amount paid for the accommodation, including the booking commission. To receive a complete invoice, we were asked to pay for the stamp for postal delivery, and when we asked for clarification, we were ghosted.
