"Ridiculous and unprofessional"

The property management is a mess. We could not get in the property. There was no one to welcome us. We left and sleep somewhere. I am very dissatisfied and aggrieved. I want my refund. This very unprofessional. The owner have ripped me. I want my money back.

I could not get inside the property. I was not welcomed. No organisational planning whatsoever. This is terrible!
