I loved the peace and quiet, the great location and ambiance

Not seeing a member of the staff at all was not ideal. There were no instructions for locking the door or turning the fire on. TV REMOTE needs batteries.

location-wise it doesn't get any better, 2 min to Plaza Mayor, directly above San Gines chocolateria, between C Arenal and C Major - the room is part of a beautifully decorated large apartment with other rooms (dorms and common areas) - a/c to cool the place down, own bathroom - we had an issue with the door lock, friendly staff helped and actually replaced the broken lock right away on a Friday evening at 9 pm

windows open to a small courtyard that is used by the chocolateria to wash table cloths etc, noise of the washing machine / tumbler and also the smell coming from their exhaust vents - the Teatro Eslava night club is located right next door, we heard the music / noise until they closed

Perfect location, close to everything.

Location is amazing

Excellent location. The apartment had everything, it is very well equiped. I loved it.
