La ubicación perfecta estando en pleno centro de Madrid.

La habitación olía a humedad y la televisión e internet no funcionaba.

El apartamento está bien

Como sugerencia, que le pongan pilas al mando de la tele y antena! Porque tienes una tele pero no es operativa ya que internet tampoco llega muy bien

Central location, very clean, cooking supplies

Some smells from the kitchen outside the door or from downstairs but it didn't create much inconvenience, transitary thing

Location was great. The room itself was very clean and had all your basic necessities such as bed, shower, sinks, etc.

Our host denied a slightly earlier check in and didn't mention that they could store our luggage until almost our check in time. On top of that, they failed to deliver our room at the 4pm check in time. We did not get our room until an hour later. Which for what we paid for that night, it did not seem fair to pay nearly $140 for one night and only used the room from 5pm to no later than 8 am the next day.

NO INTERNET CONNECTION - I WENT THERE TO BE ABLE TO WORK REMOTELY AND ENDED UP IN A CAFE. ALSO THE TV HAD NO CHANNELS AVAILABLE
