AULocation and decor were great. Very clean and spacious. Close to transport and groceries.
For extra 10euro, they could have supplied some coffee tea and milk. We stayed for 5 days, so an extra toilet roll would've helped. City views ? What city views? This needs to be scrubbed from their description. You could hear the city but saw nothing apart from another building. You couldn't even see the sky.

GBGreat location, host met us at the property to hand us the keys, very friendly he took his time to show us around. Apartment location is perfect, only 5 mins walk from the cathedral.
Everything was perfect
USFREven better than advertised. Very big, very comfortable bed. Very well equipped kitchen ( although dish washer programmer seemed to be stuck.)
Communication with managers initially. Although phone calls were answered cordially messages did not appear to be passed on. Nor were emails answered until too late. At start of stay keys failed to arrive at agreed time even though the publicity stated how important guest punctuality was for effective operation of the business.
