Welcoming 2 bed townhouse near town centre & beach

The town house was modern and fresh and very clean with everything you would need for a break away from home. All the basics were provided. It was well ventilated and was cool despite us having hot weather and fans were provided in the rooms. The beds were very comfortable and the linen and towels provided were of a good standard. It is a short walk from the pier and beach and local shops in a quiet residential area that felt safe enough to walk back to in the late evening time. Rachel was very friendly and welcoming and demonstrated excellent communication throughout our stay.

There wasn’t anything to dislike or that we had a problem with it was a great stay.

The host was fantastic - responsive, helpful, and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Their local recommendations were spot on and helped me make the most of my time in the area. Overall, my stay at this townhouse was exceptional, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

The stay was fantastic, but if I had to suggest one tiny improvement, it would be a shorter, easier-to-input WiFi password - my fingers would definitely appreciate it! Other than that, everything was perfect!

The location was in walking distance to the harbour and town centre. It is a typical English working class town house, the living/ kitchen in the basement, one bedroom plus bathroom on the first floor and the other up a steep staircase on the second floor. Parking was with resident system, arranged well by agency.

We are two fit elderly couples and managed well, but anyone, even younger, who is not agile might have trouble with the stairs.

Everything, it was lovely

Only thing I can think of was that the shower head kept slipping down the rail!

Very comfortable, close to lots of tourist spots and Folkestone seafront/Harbour was a nice place to spend the evening with many restaurants.

A very comfortable stay, we felt at home as it had everything we needed. Spacious, light, very nicely decorated and clean. Hopefully, we will be able to come back and stay there again. The hosts were very welcoming and accommodating, communication great, check-in smooth and straightforward.
