"Not a great area."

It was close to where my daughter lives.

The house was in a not so great area. Not being from Florida I didn't realize this and my daughter just moved to Florida so she is still unfamiliar with some areas. The house had roaches and the sink in the bathroom didn't work properly. There is no TV's in any of the bedrooms..we couldn't even enjoy the backyard because the neighbors next door had so much garbage on their property that it looked like a junkyard.
