Good location, enough space for the things we brought along with us. We always could find a spot to park the car. Cleaning lady forgot to leave the towels, but owner was prompt to provide them to us.

Wals are paper thin, you can hear the neighbours at all times. The shelfs and drawers were dusty, so before puting things needed to clean them. Could not use the clothes washing machine since the gummy part was bad (moldy and break'ish). The bed was too narrow at least for us since we like a bit of space.
