Beautifully clean & spacious

Beautiful lodge. Immaculately clean.

Not many walks direct from the site but not far to drive to some lovely areas

The property was fabulous. Everything we could have wanted was there - dishwasher, washing machine (we didn’t use, but very handy for longer stays). Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, comfortable beds. Bathrooms were fabulous, lovely towels and bedding. We suggested the owner turns the heating down, as it was very warm - better than being cold. Lovely lakeside location.

Absolutely nothing!

The location was beautiful, however the lodge is closer to the A59 and was very noisy if you're not used to being near a busy road. The lodge was super clean and has everything you need.

The location was just beautiful, very peaceful with stunning views. We travelled for 2 days over New Year for a quiet couple if days away. The place was spotless and had everything you needed, and more. The host was helpful when we couldn't work out how to turn to heating on. We would definitely recommend staying here, great location for local walks and amenities. Just a stunning place! Thank-you so much. Great little touches, dog towels, poo bags, dog bowls etc

Location was amazing around the lake. Really well presented and great layout. Although we didn’t have our dog this time they welcome them. Nice touches like Christmas tree in line with the season. Plus all necessities like tea and coffee provide. Added luxury, of wine and a beer for our stay.
