"Superb location, light, airy and roomy space."

Excellent location within walking distance of all local spaces and the castle (which was a fab day out), easy to access with good instructions from the host, lovely space, nice and clean, light and airy, nice and cool on hot nights. Excellent TV, big fridge freezer and lots of cupboard space. Good layout, lots of hot water.

The hole in the kitchen floor, the crack in the bath (a problem for my youngest who is autistic and has a bath for sleep each night) which meant no baths and a hazard for my two SEN children, expensive car parking which I was not aware of before, asking the host questions with no response, only one or two pieces of crockery or cutlery and only two towel for three people staying was a problem.

"Absolutely vile behaviour! Ignored us and never stayed."

Kept in touch with the property all day to then get the property dead on 10oclock the latest time you can check in to just be ignored when calling the property and messaging. We was left in the middle of no where with no place to stay and no money. Had to borrow money off a family member to get another hotel room at 12 at night. Absolutely disgusting

Still not had a reply nor an apology and I want a full refund for taking our money and not providing us the service rhat was paid for.

"WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD ,AVOID AT ALL COST , UNLESS YOU LIKE SLEEPING IN YOUR CAR"

Warwick a lovely place.

Please avoid at all costs,if you have booked this place i recommend you cancel straight away and find somewhere else or it could cause you a tremendous amount of stress!!! The alarm bells were sounding straight away as we had booked month's in advance and all he was bothered about was a cash £50 deposit for any damages. When I pay you usually get a code for the key box sent to you before you arrive.We told him what our arrival time was on the day and to send a code or we expected someone to greet us.NOTHING was sent so because we had already paid and couldn't find anything in Warwick foolishly decided to go ahead, he txt us at 1.30 in the afternoon on the day(we had already arrived)to give a pathetic excuse and tried to tell us another one of his properties was available but 10 miles away. We refused and told him we were turning up at 4 o'clock the time we said,no one there at all and was told by a resident he has done this before!!! Phoned the number provided many times but didn't even answer. So had to abandon the booking and stay somewhere else at an additional cost to us. Then trying to get the money back from him was a joke,never answered any email,txt or phone calls. Booking.com were very helpful after the event but so stressful and upsetting for my wife . I would advise you to NEVER to book with this person as you have no idea if you will get in or not.

"Great position, but needs money to be spent."

The position of the apartment was fantastic. But that is the only positive thing I can say about the apartment.

There was a lot wrong with apartment. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The stair and landing lights did not work, which meant it was dangerous at night. The soap and shampoo supplies in the bathroom were empty. There were not enough towels and sheets. There were left over bits of food in the freezer. The apartment has lots of potential, but needs some money spent on it.

Non advertised ransom deposit strategy and very aggressive non customer centric "take it or leave it" messaging style. Took me 3x hours on messaging with host, Booking.com and calling Booking.com to force host to honour the booking without the non advertised ransom deposit request to my non refundable booking. If I had known about the ransom deposit strategy and just how aggressive and non customer centric the host would be, I would never have stayed here. Avoid at all costs.
