Isla Villas & Suites

Super acceuil et très belles résidences.

We booked Isla Villas and Suites literally at the very last minute while already at the airport on our way to Crete without having booked accommodation yet. Thankfully, it turned out to be a lovely stay overall. The Good ⭐ The owner was extremely responsive and accommodating from the beginning. We realized we would arrive before check-in time, requested an early check-in, and were immediately told it would not be a problem at all — which we really appreciated after traveling. When we arrived, we had lunch at their restaurant and everything we ordered was delicious and generous in portion. We had mixed grill, lamb chops, and several other dishes, all very good. Manos from the restaurant made us feel very welcomed and personally brought us to our villa afterward. The villa itself was spacious with a beautiful view of the pool and mountains. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and having a washing machine was a huge plus for a family stay. The location was also excellent — only about a 5-minute walk to the beach, with restaurants, gift shops, grocery stores, and even a pharmacy just a few minutes away. After we experienced heavy rain during our stay, there were some leaks in the living room and kitchen. However, the staff handled the situation very professionally and upgraded us to a more spacious apartment located higher up, which came with a spectacular sea view.

The Less Positive ⚠️ The first villa had a slight humidity smell when we arrived, but Nathalia, the cleaning lady, opened the bedroom windows and quickly helped resolve the issue. The rain-related leaks were inconvenient, but we appreciated how fast management reacted and found a solution for us.

Very friendly staff and very well organised apartment. A few min away from 2 beaches and shops/restaurants.

Could be more clean. We were at the beginning of the season and the surroundings were extremely noisy (feeling living at a construction place). I hope the regular season time is quieter.

De service was erg goed, Manos was erg vriendelijk! Fijn verblijft gehad.

Mooie ligging in het dorp op 200m van een mooie baai met zandstrand. Mooi uitzicht op de zee.

Comfort, wyposażenie, czystość. Bezproblemowy check in i check out. Stosunek jakości do ceny.

The people working here showed big hospitality. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others!

Podobało mi się absolutnie wszystko. To miejsce to nie tylko idealna Villa oraz widoki zapierające dech w piersi. To przede wszystkim wspaniali ludzie, którzy na długo zostaną w naszej pamięci. 10/10 a gdybym mogła dałabym więcej gdyż dostaliśmy znacznie więcej niż się spodziewaliśmy.

Zbyt krótko tam byliśmy bo musieliśmy wracać do Polski.

Ηταν όλα τέλεια πεντακάθαρα και πολύ εξυπηρετικοί οικοδεσπότες.Το δωμάτιο ακόμα καλύτερο από όσο φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες πολύ άνετο και πρακτικό!
