Spacious and good for families or large groups

Property owners need to invest in proper cleaning services with experience. I found so many disappointing errors that showed multiple rooms hadn’t been given proper attention to detail. I raised a few of these concerns with the property manager on the night of our arrival (hair and scuff marks on one bed, bathroom bin hadn’t been emptied from previous guests) to which he said “the cleaner is old lady, she forgot”. I felt guilty and chose another room to stay in but linen there was also stained so I had to get them to come and re-do the sheets. There was so much more I wanted to raise with them but it was late at night, so here is everything: not-so- recent dead bird on the top balcony, half empty and opened shampoo bottles left in bathrooms, beds that hadn’t been used but were dusty (indicating they hadn’t been changed recently) or scuffed, stained or had hair on them, staircase and glass hand rail was visibly filthy and in need of mopping/wiping, used but not clean utensils stored in the kitchen, dust bunnies in wardrobes, makeup on mirrors, faucets with toothpaste on them. The cleaner came every day to remake our bed (I only think they did this because I raised concerns about it) but once put the doona cover on inside out, and another occasion the doona was all bunched to one side in the cover (so an unfinished job). I was so confused about the service, whether they have a checklist to work from, how often rooms are actually tidied if they’re not “used” and how often the apartments get cleaned (nothing else got cleaned btw, only the bed being made). I felt icky staying there and couldn’t relax.
