Switched apartment with reason of bed bugs and didn't credit as promised for small apartment offered.

Good use of space. 4 bedrooms with 4 separate bathrooms. Easy to find and park. Small terrace outside was a plus.

Property hadn’t been well cleaned (old food and dust under the sofa, dirt on the walls and floor, dust everywhere, hair blocking one of the showers). We had to spend the first day cleaning to make it liveable. Shower in bunkbed room broken and was not usable as the cold tap was not working and the shower was scalding. All toilet seats were ill fitting. No bin in the kitchen. Nowhere near enough plates for a house of that size. Communication was not easy. I had a few questions but the host didn’t reply to me for months. They didn’t reply until the day I was due to arrive.

Good property for a large groups with multiple bedrooms and ensuites for all bedrooms

Heating/boiler system kept playing up during our stay.

Will recommend this to any family with kids for holidays. Quiet, Calm, Clean and comfortable environment.

Only problem was away from central London which is not an issue because of Train system.

Lovely 3 level home with good sized, well appointed bedrooms & spotless bathrooms. Tasteful decor, clean & very well maintained. Large kitchen with lots of storage & all the appliances you will need. Great location couple minutes walk from two convenience stores & chicken and Chinese takeaways. Train to central London only 6 mins walk away & bus route couple mins walk. Very helpful owners. Highly recommended
