The price was good. communication stopped after I updated that I would be later checking in.

Communication stopped after I updated that I would be later checking in. Directions led us to sketchy surroundings, booking could not reach nor could I. Didn't get to stay at property, would not let me pay cancelation fee and get rest of my money back.

The AC worked well.

Not clean at all. Pet urine on the bed, pet urine all throughout the house, dirt and trash all over. Doesn't look like they clean after each visit. I did reach out to the property managers and they sent someone out to clean and change the bedding but it was a major inconvienence. They did a very superficial clean but it really needs deep cleaned. Floors need mopped, walls, baseboards, corners, under the couch.

I like the convenients of the location, everything was 7 minutes away!

The owner can't help this at all but I didn't like the neighbors, the neighbors were up all night doing shady stuff.
