An amazing ultra modern suit equipped with absolutely everything needed to make the stay most comfortable. The wonderful spa/hot tub was a great addition to the space. Parking was always available in front of the building and the proximity of the place to the historic centre was an advantage. Osvaldo was the perfect host during our stay.

We had a fantastic stay in Monopoli! The accommodation was incredibly clean – everything was spotless and well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable and relaxed from the moment we arrived. The host was amazing – very friendly, helpful, and responsive. They made sure we had everything we needed and gave us great tips about the area. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Monopoli. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

The room is very clean and has everything you need. The owner is also very helpful and always trying to help you with anything in Monopoli!! I usually do not write hotel reviews but I think this place deserves more attention. The room even looks better in person 😂 If you have a car, you can find a safe free parking space right in front of the building all the time. There is also a nice affordable breakfast cafe 1 minute away from the building.

Osvaldo was extremely helpful and friendly, meeting us half an hour after booking the apartment on extremely short notice. He let us check in early which was extremely generous as we had to leave our prior accommodation in a hurry and find something suitable for a few nights. The apartment was immaculate, is practically brand new and has everything you need - a functional kitchenette, a nice big shower with excellent water pressure and long lasting hot water, a washing machine and a jacuzzi. Additionally the air conditioning worked perfectly, which was great for the humid weather environment. Although we only stayed for three nights we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here for a few more - it is suitable for short-medium stays. It is well located about 10 minutes walk from the old town and has many shops and restaurants nearby. There is an elevator so accessibility is not an issue either. Thank you Osvaldo.

Not a complaint at all, but would have loved some larger mugs for cups of tea in the kitchenette

The apartment met our expectations. Osvaldo is a very helpful host who introduced us to all the necessary information about the apartment. A modern, clean place equipped with everything we needed. A full 10 out of 10.

Clean, comfortable, compleet facilities like wasmachine, dishwasher, combi-oven etc.

This is a first floor new fresh and clean apartment with Jacuzzi, balcony and kitchen appliances (just in case) Coffee machine fully equipped. In fridge it was nice welcome gift, bottle of wine, water and Coca-Cola. Everything was fine and good quality. Osvaldo is a great, friendly person. We was able to check in at 12.00.. He also arranged a taxi transfer for us early morning directly in to Brindisi Airport! It was a pleasure to stay in his apartment! Fully deserved 10 points

It was a little bit tricky to use bubbles in jacuzzi but finally I did it so it was my foul I guess ;-)

Great location. New, comfortable and clean flat. Free parking in front of the house.
