Beach 5 Villas on Amelia Island steps to the Ocean

I love the location across the beach. It was very quaint. No loud neighbors. The AC worked perfectly.

Let me first say that I would definitely here again. However, the bathroom was quite small. Very small. Did not provide a lot of privacy. Admittedly, it added to the character of the room and the entire stay.

Location was terrific. Unit was very nice and spacious. Furnishings were nice.

Bathroom didn’t look like it had been cleaned well. Used towel hanging on hook. Only 1 wash cloth. Other one was in washing machine along with another hand towel. Shelf over sink dirty. Had to carry dog up and down stairs. Would have preferred bottom floor for easier access with dog. Furniture outside is nice but made carrying in large coolers and luggage difficult maneuvering around it. Especially when windy.

The kitchen felt tired and in need of an update.

Great location across from the beach. Nice little one bedroom apartment with laundry which was perfect for us. Short drive to downtown with lots of great restaurants bars and stores.

I've got nothing bad to say!
