Ad un passo dal molo con 2 biciclette incluse

Wij verbleven hier met ons gezin (kinderen van 5 en 8 jaar) en hebben ontzettend genoten! Bij aankomst was het appartement brandschoon en werden we hartelijk ontvangen door de vriendelijke host. Alle bedden waren al netjes opgemaakt – ook de slaapbank voor de kinderen – en er stond zelfs een drankje voor ons klaar. Een warm welkom! De locatie is echt fantastisch: je loopt zó het strand op, of juist de andere kant op richting de gezellige boulevard met leuke winkels en fijne restaurants. Alles is dichtbij en dat vonden wij echt ideaal. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien, inclusief een wasmachine – superhandig met kinderen. Vanuit de woonkamer heb je ook nog een leuk uitzicht. Het is wel wat gehorig, maar dat heeft ons totaal niet gestoord. De host is goed bereikbaar bij vragen en reageert snel. En een extra pluspunt: er zijn fietsen beschikbaar, zelfs met kinderzitje. Handig, want de boulevard is best lang (zo’n 3 km). Kortom: een heerlijke plek. Wij komen hier zeker nog eens terug!

Sehr nette Vermieter, die zwischendurch nachgefragt haben, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Sehr gute Lage und Ausstattung (an wirklich alles wurde gedacht). Kann uneingeschränkt weiter empfohlen werden.

The location is excellent in Viareggio. It was a very easy check in and the hosts that we dealt with were so friendly and helpful. The apartment itself was beautiful and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The location was fantastic and we also managed to get free parking not too far away for the 2 nights we stayed. We would love to visit again.

The property is lovely and has everything you need for your stay, very clean and modern. The same can be said about the location, which is optimal for whatever you want to plan to do in Viareggio or if you want to visit neighbour cities&towns with the train station 15min walk. The hosts are very friendly and helpful, always in contact if needed.

The location is ideal for easy access to the beach, the pedestrian and bike paths, restaurants, and shops. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming; they messaged each day to ensure everything was going well.

Although there isn’t any road noise, the walls are thin and you can hear the neighbors and their television. They aren’t so loud that you can’t relax. I am sensitive to noise yet would definitely stay here again.

Easy access, spotlessly clean, comfy beds , quiet room , all facilities . Host super helpful and responded quickly to questions . Would recommend 100 percent
