Broken bedroom lamp hanging from tape, t.v speakers blown. So watching TV wasnt pleasant. Sliding door to go out on the balcony very hard to open and close. No extra blankets or pillows . Just the sheet set on the main bed. Couches very stained and most of all. Not being notified that the recreational area was not available for use. i.e pool, bbq, hot tubs ect. We purposely booked this listing because of its amenities. So that was disappointing.

Az erkély ajtó nagyon nehezen nyitható és csukható, valamint a konyhaszekrényre is ráfér 1-2 helyen egy kisebb karbantartás. Nem volt teljes tisztaság, a poharak és evőeszközök is piszkosak voltak. Illetve a parkolót éppen felújították, amikor mentünk, úgyhogy ez nagyon megnehezítette a közlekedést. Valamint a személyzet sajnos nem volt igazán segítőkész az ott felejtett irataim és pénzem ügyében. Bár tisztában vagyok vele, hogy az én hibám volt, hogy ott hagytam őket, nagyra értékeltem volna a segítőkészebb hozzáállást és alaposabb utánajárást.

Auf der Homepage von Booking stand beim Auswählen des Swimmingpools exakt diese Unterkunft. Allerdings ist diseer wegen der Renovierung für 1 Jahr gesperrt und daher nicht zu nützen… von 2025 bis 2026!! irgendwie blöd, wenn man eine Unterkunft eben wegen bestimmter Sachen bucht. Eine Waschmaschine im Appartment (die sollte in der Küche sein) gibt es auch nicht. Im Gebäude schon, allerdings ist da jeder Waschgang zum Zahlen. Die Spüle in der Küche hat nicht funktioniert. Das Wasser ist nicht abgeronnen und es hat fürchterlich getrunken. Daher war das Spülbecken nicht zu benutzen. Auch nach mehrmaligem Anrufen wurde es nicht repariert. 1 Woche lang das Geschirr im Badezimmer zu waschen war alles andere als lustig. Auf eine Preisreduktion hat weder die Unterkunft noch Booking geantwortet. Das fanden wir wirklich sehr enttäuschend. Ein Urlaub auf Hawaii ist eine kostspielige Sache. Wir sind wirklich gespannt, wann und ob zumindest Booking auf unsere Beschwerden reagiert. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft nicht.

On the website it shows pool is available, but it was actually under construction. The construction is for one year.

The shower is abit hard to operate. The vanity and kitchen mixers seem to mostly have hot water coming out.
