Apartment in the center of Madrid-COMENDA-1-I

Muy bien equipado, todo genial!

La experiencia en este apartamento fue muy decepcionante. Cuando llegamos, no había toallas suficientes, y en plena ola de calor, el ventilador de la habitación no funcionaba. Les avisamos y nos dieron largas, diciéndonos que encendiéramos interruptores o que ya había venido un técnico, pero esto último fue falso: el técnico nunca apareció. Estuve toda la mañana esperando en la cafetería de enfrente para facilitar la visita del técnico, pero nadie vino. Más tarde admitieron que el ventilador estaba roto y nos dejaron un ventilador de pie muy ruidoso y poco efectivo, que no aporta aire fresco para dormir. Además, el trato por WhatsApp fue poco profesional y condescendiente, tratándonos como si no supiéramos lo básico. También el sofá cama estaba sucio, con restos desagradables. Por si fuera poco, vimos que varios huéspedes desde el año pasado ya habían reportado el mismo problema con el ventilador, por lo que está claro que lo saben pero no hacen nada para solucionarlo. En resumen: falta de limpieza, equipamiento deficiente, y una gestión de quejas mentirosa y poco profesional. No lo recomiendo en absoluto

Bathroom is tiny. Water comes out of the shower onto the floor.

The apartament is really nice, good size, great location and the hosts are great. I felt just like at home.

The apartment was nice and clean, the location was fine, 10 minutes away from the Gran Via.

No AC in the Bedroom, the fan was not working, the bathroom had sewage like odor. I contacted the owner regarding the problem with the fan, and she promised me that she will bring a new one on the second day, but nothing happened. Not too happy about it. The temperature in Madrid was in the mid 30's
