Apartamento J COSTA 15- Alameda Hércules

The apartment was very large and very well equipped. The aircon worked well and it was great to have a washing machine. The entry system worked well for late arrival and we appreciated being able to leave our bags after check out on our last day. The location worked well for exploring Seville with good access to public transport and walkability.

The lack of windows in the main lounge and bedrooms was a bit unusual but ok for a short stay. The filtered natural light through the lounge ceiling helped.

Location, great air conditioning during a 106 degree heat wave. Enrique was most helpful in getting us checked in.

Hallway between living area and kitchen is also the entryway for other apartments, increasing noise level and decreasing sense of privacy.

The location and size of the apartment can’t be beat, all great. There is a lot of space, the rooms are comfortable and the whole apartment was very clean. And Enrique, our host was super helpful and. dry welcoming. He was there to meet us and offered great suggestions, and was very responsive when necessary.

Listing mentioned parking, but when we arrived we were informed it was not available. Be sure to confirm availability in advance if you need the parking option.

it is a very good location, with loads of shops and places like cathedrals and parks just a few minutes by walk. very clean and very comfortable to stay in.

the apartment on the first floor is an open space which you could hear when people come and go even in the bedroom with closed doors. Also the people in the other apartment were leaving the door open, we told them after the first time because they left it all night open and then it happened again, but that was not the apartment’s fault.

A clean, well-equipped apartment in a wonderful location. The owner could not have been more helpful.
