Super Easy to pick up the keys and the people at UIP were friendly and helpful. The unit is perfect and modern and neat! It has all the amenities and more to make you feel like you are home. The view and the sounds of the ocean is incredible and it is walking distance to everywhere. Such an awesome place! We loved it!

Superb views and comfort

Parking is a challenge to say the least. Nearly impossible to manoeuvre a medium-sized car in the tiny garage. Also,the swing gate nearly opened onto my car. Noisy neighbors were an unwelcome bonus .
