L'appartement est très bien agencé et équipé comme a la maison. Il se situe dans un lotissement fermé avec deux piscines privatisé.

The apartment had everything we were looking for - spacious rooms, fully equipped kitchen, king size bed, washing and drying machines. It was clean and nicely decorated. The apartment is in the gated community. One of the best restaurants on the island (in our opinion) - Ma-Ti Beach, is located right there. Also, there is a small grocery store, bakery and pharmacy nearby. The host was responsive with quick answers to all our questions before and during the stay.

V large space, two full bathrooms, living room - kitchen is really big area. The terrace could use some sitting chairs and a table for spending time outside, just as the neighbors next door have. Overall, pleasant for sure!

someone had their motor parked right in front of the bedroom (ground floor) and left at 6am daily, so it was loud. I've informed the property so hopefully they will take care of that. We found a big cockroach in bed the 1st night, it was quite scary!

Having two bathrooms was a luxury. the kitchen was very well equipped and there was a washer, dryer and dishwasher. The apartment was in excellent condition with granite countertops, beautiful stone floors and showers. Location was great, a short distance from Marigot and the airport. The lagoon beach is pretty and very close. The pool was very nice. There is a small market, a very nice bakery and two good restaurants very close - walking distance. Everything is very comfortable and in very good condition and very clean! Laurene gave us excellent information and directions and responded very quickly to our questions.

Our host, Laurene, was exceptionally helpful. She sent us very detailed instructions on how to find the place and get into the facility. If we had any questions during our stay, she texted us back immediately. Her responsiveness was top notch. She was proactive to let us know when there would be a planned community demonstration and advised us of areas to avoid at that particular time. The interior of the unit was beautiful. The full-service furnished kitchen, including a washer, dryer, microwave, stove, oven, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, and water purifier were especially convenient and helpful. The air conditioning kept things comfortable after days out exploring. The location was fairly central to things on either side of the island and there was a small grocery store and bakery nearby. There were 2 nice pools and a beach restaurant on the complex property.

The exterior of the complex has a great amount of maintenance needed that took us by surprise. In an effort to make the unit safe, there are bars on the bedroom window and front door. Getting to the location requires you to drive through a few sections of town that are exceptionally busy, chaotic, and unnerving.

Modern, quiet, close to beaches, town. 2 pools, on lagoon side - friendly residents, wonderful patisserie-5 min walk, restaurant across the street, and a new one due to open soon.
