The rooms were tiny are far, far too small for 2 x people & in a run down area.
GBIf you have always wanted to see what it feels like to sleep in an IKEA showroom, this is your chance. The lighting is clever. The bedroom kitchen area is sweet. The TV is impressive. The beds are firm. The shower is good with lashings of hot water. It has all been well thought out. Some sachets for drinks are provided.
There was no information about a kitchen available in the basement & middle landing, so we didn't find out for 24 hrs. Likewise I had trouble watching terrestrial TV until I was told it was only a streaming service which is generously provided. The duvets are only 4.5 tog so perfect for the summer but not a chilly spring. But these are silly niggles. I would recommend this place

CAThe accommodations were modern and clean. The location is spectacular and in a central location, and very close to the beach. The hosts were very accommodation and went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service.
GBThe location, near the beach and shops/restaurants, not too far from Hove station and very quiet. The bed was very comfortable! Fun having the choice of tv channels. Staff very helpful.
It was smaller than expected!
