Family Beach Home With Home Theater & Heated Pool!

Everything was amazing. Close to the beach. The pool was clean and the jacuzzi was a bonus. Plenty of space for the whole family to have fun and make great memories.

The house was clean, very well furnished, has a fabulous pool and a very well equipped kitchen. The house is near everything you could want (beach, shops, restaurants and freeway). the neighborhood is quiet and felt very safe. It was a true home away from home. Jordan was a fantastic host (one of the best I’ve ever had and I travel a lot). I will stay here every time I’m in the area.

Visited Hollywood from California for a cancer procedure at Regional Memorial Hospital so this location was great for travel to & from the hospital. So it wasn't really a vacation for us as 2 nights I spent in the hospital & the rest of the time recuperating, Didn't even get to see the ocean! Plenty of rain, thunder, heat & humidity during this time of the year. Home was lovely & neighborhood was older but pretty well kept. Lighting outside was nice so as not to make it hard to see when entering after dark. Host was absolutely incredible. Every question texted to him was almost immediately answered.

Few housekeeping/upkeep needs to be addressed but host said he would.

We had an excellent stay here the villa is perfect.. size and space of the rooms were exceptional and the layout was perfect. The decor was perfect lots of litte extra touches making it personal, the pool was perfect lovely seating area and excellent for socialising. The host was very responsive to any questions prior to our arrival and had some lovely suggestions.

Such an amazing location and property! We were so fortunate that it was close to my parents' house—it gave us the opportunity to spend quality time with them and other nearby family during our stay. Everything was spotless, and the decor was absolutely beautiful and inspiring. The pool area was definitely our favorite—my kids were in there from sun up to sun down! I truly look forward to booking again in the future.

Everything was of a very high standard – a wonderful place to relax. It was the best place we stayed during our trip to the USA. Everything was planned with amazing care for the guest. The house has everything you need, and the pool is simply incredible. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, and the surroundings are beautiful. We will definitely come back!

It was clean and crisp felt modern. The wooden door panels were a great touch for design.

I didn’t like to have to contact the owner for the handbook. I’m use to finding a cute book with the details. HOWEVER, Jordan was very attentive to all and any of my questions so it was not bad. It was just a new concept.
