Absoluut een minpunt was al het brood bij het ontbijt. Oud of uit de vriezer, droog niet weg te krijgen. Ontbijt om het brood heen was wel prima. Dus brood echt aandachtspunt!

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. We stayed for 2 nights and had to change rooms twice due to the poor condition of the rooms. We found dirt and an unpleasant smell, which made our stay very uncomfortable. In addition, we spent an entire day at the hotel with constant construction noise right next to our room, making it impossible to rest properly. We understand that construction work cannot always be avoided, but guests should be informed in advance or accommodated in a quieter area of the hotel. However, what disappointed us the most were the cleanliness issues and the lack of attention given to the situation. We expected a much higher standard of comfort and hygiene. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet our expectations, and we would not choose to stay at this hotel again.

Sehr gute Preis,-Leistung. Ca. 4Km vom Europapark entfernt. Abendessen internationales, Buffet mit sehr viel Auswahl für € 33.- /Person.

Schade, dass der Wellnessbereich noch nicht fertig ist.

De stortbak in de douche deed het niet

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. L’hôtel est parfaitement entretenu, les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. Le personnel est disponible, souriant et attentif aux besoins des clients. L’emplacement est idéal et les prestations sont à la hauteur de nos attentes. Une très belle expérience que nous renouvellerons avec plaisir.
