"Comfortable, easy stay"

Close to Old Trafford and Salford Quays, comfortable, felt homely, had everything we needed, slept well

Everything was great. Ideally for us we could’ve done with a check in a little earlier than 3pm as we arrived earlier but that was the advertised check in from the apartment so they done nothing wrong

shoddy unkempt grounds utilitarian disgusting filthy mattress Robotic support messages OTT warning messages security door open all night damaged worktop minimal crockery/cutlery dirty dishes light fitting missing with bare wires on show in hall rooms nothing like the picture

Great location

Bare electrical wires hanging from the ceiling, could be live? Smoke detector removed from hall ceiling. Tea towel in kitchen was dirty/smelly

Stale old coffee and sugar in tins. Sachets of tea, coffee, sugar and milk would have be a lot nicer.
