"Nice and comfy small apartment in convenient location"

Location is very convenient, near Harbour, Rotermanni district and old town. Tram stop nearby. Apartment isn't big but it has got all the essentials for a nice stay, with basic kitchen stuff and fridge, a table for working and a comfy bed.

You can hear some traffic and tram noises from outside, so use earplugs if you are a light sleeper.
