A gem in the heart of Budapest

Lots of positives. The location is excellent in terms of being in a quiet residential area but close to the main centre and lots of public transport (M3 metro, Tram 2, numerous buses all close). Apartment is well equipped (washing machine helpful) and HUGE - also refreshingly cool (30-34C during our time here). Kitchen/dining room nice and bright. We liked the traditional (slightly rustic) feel to the building and it was quiet but it might not be for everyone.

Apartment itself could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Bed mattress OK not great. Communal lift / stairs are dusty, some parts unpainted. Not specific to the Apartment but the building itself is quite old / need of TLC.

The apartment is in a great location, walking distance to Margit sziget, the Parliament and other great attractions. A shopping mall with a food court is also very close. The buses are nearby. The apartment was clean, great location and great value for money. It was warm outside but the apartment is very nicely located and it always had a pleasant temperature inside.

Nothing of note, everything was as expected and as in the photos.

Good alternative for a budget travel. Located in the center, easy to find, few steps away from major streets and public transport, and close to the Westend shopping center. Worth its price.

The flat is really huge for just a couple of people so the heating could be a problem, specifically during the day as all heating appliances worked only at night. However, I may suggest it could be an advantage in the hot summer months. It also can be noisy during the day as it shares the same building with some school or kindergarden.

Everything was perfect.

Good value spacious apartment. Well placed for the train station and shopping centre.

Bed could have been more comfortable/less squeaky.
