The main concern was the lack of cleanliness. There were dirty tissues in drawers, dirty cloth towels on window edges, the freezer was disgusting and the wear and tear around this accommodation is concerning, especially given the price point. Of course, I expect wear and tear, but the degree of it was not acceptable. I booked for 3, added a 4th person and told the rep over the phone that this was my brother, however, after paying £30 to add him to an already 4 person accommodation, there was no spare bedding (I was told that's an extra £17 when I messaged on the morning of my check in date, to which I just said thank you to, as there was no way I was going to do this). There were also not enough towels for the 4 of us. My mum has recently had chemo and I could not allow her to sleep in such a dirty house, which was not ventilated and had a very significant smell to it (mould). So after paying the money and the extra, my parents didn't even use the space. I have never given a bad review to any service I have ever used despite multiple issues which I have put down to just "life happens / things go wrong" type attitude. However, this entire experience felt like a con. Even the entrance to the house was filthy. I checked out a day early as I did not want to spend one more night in this accommodation. Not only did we have to pay what I would consider a "higher end price", but we didn't get to spend our time together or stay the full time. Also, when I informed the property of this, their response was sorry, we'll take this seriously. Please spend this money elsewhere

The flat and the surroundings were very nice.

I am used to a lively area, so where the flat was situated. It was very quiet, which isn't a problem.

Ample parking in the two municipal car parks.

We were up for a family wedding. One of us had a warm shower, the second had a tepid/cold shower and the 3rd had to boil a kettle and have a strip wash. In fairness we didn't phone the help line, but mainly because we didn't have time to wait for the water to heat up. We had to text/ring for the door code as no email was received. The sheet on one of the beds wasn't long enough to go over the end of the mattress. The paint was pealing off some of the walls and the sofas were really tired. It would have been helpful to have instructions on how the hot water works etc. Hopefully, you will take the comments constructively, with a little bit of TLC you have a lovely little flat.

Bit dusty, needs a lick of paint and a bit of tlc. On the whole served a purpose. Limited hot water as in one shower then cold

Well located flat, lovely and quiet, had everything we needed for our stay. Staff were great when we had to extend our stay due to our house not being ready.
