I booked with them for 5 days and 1 extra day because i was coming at 5 in morning. I have already told them that arrange check in at 5 and they agreed and told me that they will leave keys with security guard. But when i reach there they didn’t left keys, so i waited until 9 when they open. Then after 1 hour they told me that they give away my room to someone else and they are fully booked. Then i have to book another hotel. And they didn’t had check in until 3 pm so i was left without room for 10 hours. Booking.com did refund me. Girls tried to help but they couldn’t.
