El Noa Noa - 21 and Over

The property and the rooms were exceptionally clean. The staff was accommodating and helpful. The pool was perfect i will tell my friends about your establishment and suggest they book a room while there in Palm Springs!!

Very quiet and close to town. We love just opening the room door and pool is rigjt there. We had the nonneymoon suite and we really enjoyed that room with the private patio and hot tub! Staff member who had been there for years was really nice. All you have to do is text him what you need and he will help.!

It would be nice if they had breakfast. But there are amenities close to the hotel.

The private jacuzzi was great, and the TV on the patio was a nice touch. The bed was also very comfortable.

Honestly, the room had the potential to be perfect, but several things made the stay frustrating. The jacuzzi’s pump and filtration system were extremely noisy. You also can’t open the bathroom door to the patio, and the large windows were heavily covered in limescale. The most confusing part was the excessive number of light switches, clearly part of a “smart home” setup but poorly designed. We counted at least 20 switches in a 215 sqf room, and figuring out what each one did felt like guesswork. On top of that, the jacuzzi didn’t have a cover, so we had to spend about 30 minutes cleaning it before we could even use it. We also booked the early check-in/late check-out option, but it wasn’t recognized by the owner. We were only able to check in in the afternoon and had to leave at 11 am. It wasn’t a big issue since it was only an extra $15, and we adjusted our road trip accordingly, but it would have been more professional to provide the service as advertised, even for a small additional fee.

Spacious and clean. Staff was very welcoming and always happy to help. It was like being secluded in a little piece of paradise.
