Great Location, very safe and quiet. Near all main shops and hotels. Not too far from main touristic spots (5 mins by taxi; or 20-30 mins walk).

Very nice place near all everything you have yo see in Agadir. The Staff are amazing. At the reception the boys snd girls are so kind and helpfull. Ihsan thanks for your help. The rooms are do clean and big wauwww. Breakfast is very good dont miss it.

the stray cats that were screaming in the apartmnet hallways and ground floor - because the units are in a circle shape it was like listening to a orchestra of screaming cats the whole night. I didn't sleep at all, on the hard bed. Also some coffee pads would have been nice.

Beautiful 2-bedroom unit in a big condominium complex. Not far from the train station on foot, and close enough to the city by taxi. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, as was the host.

The flat and the residence are located in the center of Marrakech just in front of the « Palais des congrès » in Hivernage. You can do everything by walk (Gueliz, M Avenue, Menera Mall, restaurants, La Mamounia, Medina by walk or Taxi) The flat is well equipped and was renovated few months ago. If you are a family, the flat is suited for u, the residence is calm and you have a beautiful swimming pool. I recommend this flat 100%. The price is fair. Also, i want to thank Tarek and his team for their hospitality and responsiveness, they are available for your requests at any time.

The apartment was close to everything, we normally hire a car but this was the first break we have taken and did not hire a car. The Medina was about 25 minutes walk and the centre of Gueliz 20 minutes. The pool was great, especially for the children after a hot day in the sun walking around the Medina. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. It felt very safe and I would definitely recommend staying here.

This is a superb appartment in a perfect location to access all that Marrakech has to offer. A modern complex, very clean, stylish and fully outfitted. Perfect for an extended stay including swimming pools and 24/7 security. Great local cafe and taxi rank also close by. Outstanding value. Very friendly local community

Nothing. Have also stayed in Riads and hotels that can be great for a night or two but this appartment provides an opportunity to enjoy a morrocan holiday and marrakech at your own pace.

The apartment looks just like it does in the pictures. Very clean and loved the decor. The location was good(depending on what you want to be near) if you’re looking to be close to the Medina/Markets then it’s a 30 minute walk or 5 min by taxi. The pool was nice and clean though we didn’t get to use it, it was nice to have as an option.

The instructions weren’t that clear but we worked it out that’s it’s in building E, floor 4 and door 9 - not sure why they gave other room numbers, just made it more confusing.
