Juan was attentive

The bed had a huge dip in it on one side, no hot water in shower, Juan fixed it but it was very marginal, toilet didn't flush properly and the toilet seat should be thrown out. The towels were very old. The place was not clean, hair in bathroom and cobwebs and dust. The bedding was polyester and the pillows were like bricks. Aircon and fan worked well.
