"A very agreeable stay in a nice house"

Great location, very close to the beach and play area and close to the Romney Hythe steam train. Reasonably well equipped. Beds very comfortable (except the bunk beds). The views from the living window and main bedroom were really nice.

The kitchen is not really large enough to dine in for 6-8 people. In particular the table could not accommodate 8 people, and only 6 at a pinch. The chairs were not really comfortable enough for anything other than a short meal. While not using the bunk beds, the mattresses were very basic with springs palpable just beneath the cloth.
