Perfect hotel — service, price, quality, and food. Every staff member, from the doorman to the housekeeper, was extremely polite, cheerful, and smiling. We felt well cared for throughout our entire stay. Many thanks to Aras for welcoming us kindly and accommodating us in a perfect room with a wonderful view. And thanks to Eliza for the excellent massage! We would definitely come back again! Mükemmel otel — hizmet, fiyat, kalite ve yemek harikaydı. Kapı görevlisinden temizlikçiye kadar tüm personel son derece nazik, güler yüzlü ve samimiydi. Konaklamamız boyunca kendimizi çok iyi ağırlanmış hissettik. Bizi kibarca karşılayıp mükemmel manzaralı bir odaya yerleştiren Aras’a çok teşekkür ederiz. Harika masajı için Eliza’ya da teşekkürler! Kesinlikle tekrar gelmek isteriz!

Veldig fint hotell, god tyrkisk frokost med bra utvalg. Smilende og hyggelig personale. Flott spa område

Den tyrkiske hamam badstuen var ikke oppvarmet, vi måtte be personalet om å skru den på.

Отель находится в центре Термаля. Само место очень красивое, горячие источники, лес, природа. Персонал отеля отнёсся к нам с уважением, сразу предложили комнату лучше, чем мы забронировали, спасибо за это. Питание отличное, каждый день много свежей и разнообразной еды, приветливые повара. А самое главное - это термальная вода, которой можно и в ванной комнате пользоваться (для неё есть отдельный кран), а на нижних этажах уже бассейн с этой водой. Вообще SPA отличное (массаж только не очень), бассейн есть и на верхнем этаже, откуда открывается красивая панорама. Всем советую!
