Cosy studio by the sea - prime location!

Nice place, close to everything, the apartment had everything you needed.

Very noisy neighbors.

The property was conveniently located for Brighton and Hove and the beach and big enough for a two night stay and welcomed dogs!

The property didn’t have any tea towels or washing up liquid/sponge. It was awkward to access the internal door as there was an electric scooter parked outside it. The worst thing was that it smelt badly of stale cigarette smoke and my clothes all smell of this now.

Comfy bed. Good shower. Had everything I needed. All utensials clean. Perfect location.

I was under the impression the apartment was close to the ground floor. It turned out I was at the top of the building. A bit of a work-out what with all my stuff. The wifi didn't work.

1. The bed was TINY for two people, and it was clear one person sleeps there as you always seem to roll to the middle when two people are on the bed. 2. The shower only gives you boiling or freezing water 3. Pictures don't show you that there is literally a building site outside your window. 4. Only given one towel per person for three days - with no drying rack or facilities to dry your towel 5. WiFi did not work, even after host tried to fix it

Some light renovation work clearly still in progress, caused us zero issues.
