I loved my stay here, I was in the quadruple room, the little balcony had a great view and the room was big! The location is excellent, right near all the restaurants. Self check in was easy, room was clean and coffee pods provided on the kitchen. I loved how it gave you the proper Italian experience, so much nicer than a commercial hotel.

The bin in my room wasn’t changed during my 3 day stay and the room would benefit from a hairdryer. The air con was in a window alcove, it was hot during my stay and you couldn’t feel the cool air at night with the curtains closed.

Perfect location near main street and piazza.

Traffic noise can be problem for those with sensitive sleep needs.

We had a nice room! A small issue with a sink drain. We asked about the vacant room next door that had a balcony, we were given this new room UPGRADE at no charge.

Good location easy access to the town. Right in the centre and close to most restaurants, bars and cafes. Room was spacious, cool and clean.

Some coffee capsules or tea bags would have been nice to be able to use the coffee and tea making facilities as for a short stay it’s a bit of hassle trying to find the correct size capsules, however this is a minor detail and not that important.

So clean and spacious !and the host was amazing kept in touch and let us check in super early so we could leave our bags safely and then explore Bosa. Literally on the door step of the canal and town

Nothing although because of the high walls the phone signal is nothing so make sure you get the WiFi code from the host

Location, cleanliness, uncluttered, best stay of our trip.

Would have been good if the kitchen had complimentary tea, coffee, milk and water.

1. Great location – Everything is conveniently nearby. However, note that the river view is only a glimpse from the window, not a direct view. 2. Spacious and well-equipped room – The facilities are complete and comfortable. 3. Smooth check-in process – The host provided clear instructions, making check-in easy to handle. 4. Affordable price – Good value for the amenities and location.

(just personal observations, not in order of priority): 1. Only three hangers, and they were quite old. 2. Hairdryer had some hair from previous guests at the top, which was not cleaned. 3. No waste sorting available. 4. The food & drinks description in the booking interface could be misleading – it mentions "tea," but during my three-night stay, only one lemon tea capsule (for the tea/coffee machine) was provided. It also mentions a bottle of water, but there was none, and I had to purchase my own. 5. The kitchen lacked basic cleaning supplies – no kitchen paper or even a cloth. I couldn’t find anything to wipe a coffee stain during my stay.
