CHGrosszügiges Studio mit Balkon und Weitblick.
Das Badezimmer bräuchte dringend eine Überholung, zudem einen Duschvorhang der die richtige Länge hat, damit nicht alles p überschwemmt wird. Es war sehr warm im Studio, obschon es draussen angenehm kühl war, blieb es nachts warm und stickig.

Το σπίτι είναι παλιό και δείχνει έλλειψη συντήρησης. Η καθαριότητα δεν ήταν στο επιθυμητό επίπεδο. Το μπάνιο και ιδιαίτερα η ντουζιέρα ήταν πολύ άβολα και μη πρακτικά στη χρήση. Δεν υπήρχε πιστολάκι μαλλιών, παρότι αναφερόταν στην περιγραφή του καταλύματος. Επιπλέον, οι πετσέτες είχαν εμφανείς λεκέδες.
