"Beautiful venue, attentive service but disappointing room."

The venue and location is stunning and the attentive assistance was appreciated. I would definitely recommend the location for a wedding celebration!

The accommodation was disappointing, only because the shower was filthy, and the water did not drain properly. The bedding was stained/dirty, which is a big negative. I also definitely would not advise having black towels in Accommodation offerings, one can not see how clean or dirty they are, the quality of the towels is also terrible due to the black fluff rubbing off on you when trying to dry. The room wasn't ready by check-in time. I would also recommend putting black bags in the bins. Not worth the price paid. The toilet handle did not work at all, so we needed to lift the top off (ceramic also broken in pieces) to lift the chain.
