House was nice

But when we got there, the house was very disgusting and dirty, but the lady that I spoke to on the phone was very nice. She refunded me all my money.

The pool smelled of mold and was filthy. The yard wasn’t fit for children or pets, the bbq grill was broke, broke things all in the yard, dust was on the stinky couch, nothing was cleaned behind, the bath rug in master br was wet. Baby spiders in master be

The house was big

Sheets had crumbs and hair on them not clean the blankets stained. Dishes where not washed, floor was sticky and gross walls had spills on them, both toilets are broken, pool area broken, grill broken, kids bed broken daughter fell on broken ladder and bled from butt and vagina, wall pictures cracked and hanging off walls. Thermostat hanging off of wall. Pool was dirty. Back door was broken. Water smells. Had to ask too many questions not enough guidance. Staying there for 5 days was too much to complain about and no where to go. Even after telling about my daughter's injuries I was told I would get no compensation. Please keep your families safe and avoid this place.

The house was clean and nicely furnished.

Our dog could not use the fenced yard because of burweed. We had to walk her on a leash down the street. The living room furniture had tiny ants that would walk on my laptop screen. The refrigerator ice maker as broken and there were no ice cube trays. There were no supplies for cooking - spices, oil etc that I have come to expect from other rentals.

The house is nice, comfortable, well equipped

Lack of common maintenance. Poor cleanless. The main window curtain was broken, avoiding any privacy. We couldn’t use the pool as it was not clean, the water had a bad smell sometimes and the filter system had no pressure (clogged?). The oven had not be cleaned, oily. Etc… A real shame as otherwise the house could be nice.

The property was spacious for my family and I. We loved the pool and the kids could not get enough of it

I liked how it was set up

There was no extra toilet paper, garbage bags, wash rags, and no dish liquid to wash dishes this place was terrible never again
