Quiet 1bed,1bath condo with free parking

Do not rent this place!! I rented this apartment for 6 nights and couldn’t stay even one full day. The apartment was dirty — inside the refrigerator there were live and dead flies, and even a strange hair. The coffee maker was completely disgusting; besides being dirty, it still had coffee residue probably left by the previous guest. The drawers and cabinets were filthy and revolting. The dishwasher smelled like sewage. The kitchen trash bin was very dirty. The bedroom floor was sticky, with some kind of spilled liquid that hadn’t been cleaned, and we even found a bottle cap on the floor. The bed sheets were probably not changed, as they smelled really bad. When we removed the sheets, we found blood stains on the mattress cover and on the pillow. We stayed only one night because we had no way to leave at that moment, and I couldn’t sleep since I’m allergic to dust. The next day, we left the place. I sent a message to the owner of the apartment, but they never replied. The place is so bad that it’s clear why they state in the listing that they don’t offer refunds. But that’s absurd, since the property wasn’t even minimally decent for us to stay in.

Great communication

The location was good closer to my job, But I have a service dog with papers they don’t allow that so had to have someone come pick up my dog, not cool they alert me 20 minutes before having a seizure. I clean the place better than when I came in there so there shouldn’t be any complaints.

It was dirty as f**k, this place is crawling with roaches. It’s absolutely disgusting never never again don’t recommend to anyone. I was desperate.

The location was decent there is a grocery store near by and a 24hr gas station. But not necessarily a good part of town.

There is roaches and the person messaged me asking about how something was broken that was already broken when I got there so I wouldn’t know. The a/c didn’t work and the electrical is really bad in the home. Definitely left it a lot cleaner than I found it hopefully the next person has a better time.

I loved how clean, comfy and affordable it was.

There was NOTHING about the property that I didn’t like. ONLY issue we had was morning of our last stay the power went out and one of the neighbors abuses their dogs so that was heartbreaking to hear BUT that has nothing to do with the property itself.

Excellent Stay... though we left our pillows and contacted you several times... maybe if possible ... see if you still have them and I can pick them up. please call me @ 408.640.2681
