"Parts of the condo are run down (shades, closets, sofa bed). Cleanliness left to be desired."

The location fantastic. Honokeana Bay is an incredible almost private snorkel spot, but you pay a lot for being here.

The overall condition of the condo. The units are from the 70s, you can hear the neighbors steps above in the B units. Shared lawn (again B units at Napili Point) can be a bliss noone is around or very annoying if neighbors kids used it all.
