Πολύ εξυπηρετικος ο ιδιοκτήτης. Η παροχή του parking ήταν στα θετικά. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ καθαρό και όλα προσεγμένα ιδιαίτερα.

Η μυρωδιά στο κλιμακοστασιο Η οποία ευτυχώς δεν πέρναγε στο διαμέρισμα.
