The Signature 410:Central Modern Aprt with Parking

Great location, large apartment, fully equipped. The owner is very responsive.

The apartment's location was outstanding—convenient and easy to navigate to all the key spots we wanted to visit. The space itself was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities, making our stay very comfortable. The heated bathroom floors were a particularly nice touch, adding an extra level of comfort! Overall, a great experience (With the property not the agents).

The support from the agents could be improved. I requested baggage storage, even willing to pay a fee, but unfortunately, they weren’t helpful in accommodating this (or even providing some guidance on where we could store out bags). Additionally, the keys weren’t in the drop box as we were initially informed, which caused some confusion. It would also be great if the living room had curtains instead of just the metal sliders, which are a bit cumbersome and can block the otherwise beautiful view. There is a nightclub across from the apartment that can be noisy at times, though it wasn’t overly disruptive. Finally, the bed could be a bit bigger :)

the inside of the apartment was need and clean and decorated nicely (as per pics shared on booking.com)

the area was dark and dingy - I felt very uncomfortable arriving at the place alone at night. anyone could drive into basement parking and no security in site. the reception staff were uncommunicative and not very welcoming at all. it felt like I was locking myself up in a well designed prison cell for the night

WiFi password are outdated. Host did not call me back after my enquiry. Luckily I was able to figure out the password.
