Riad 10 Mandarin BOUTIQUE RIAD

Actually stayed in Riad 11 close by. Extremely helpful and attentive staff. Really went beyond what would normally expect. Amazing breakfast. Very clean. Cool rooms around leafy courtyard and easy walk to square.

Not at all easy to find. Needs signage. Riad 11 seemed nicer than Riad 10.

The workers were fantastic and hosted us with a very nice and relaxing environment. Always available and helpful to share the information about the city.

Excelente ubicación. Muy bonito alojamiento, con espacios públicos y privados funcionales. Muy buen desayuno. Personal muy atento, simpático y servicial.

Puede resultar algo difícil de encontrar la primera vez.

Ear plugs solved it no problem for us, but it is close to the action so a little noisy at night.

Everything was perfect, thank you so much! I can recommend this stay wholeheartedly, first and foremost because the staff is so kind, Zakaria, Abdellah, and Khir Eddin, the cleaners, as well as everyone, were so kind and caring, always making sure that we have everything we need. The breakfasts were amazing and the location is perfect as it's right next to the Fana Square and the old street, so it's right in the center. The rooms are, in my opinion, beautiful, traditional, and they have everything needed, with comfortable air conditioning.

-The staff were so lovely, chatty and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble, always greeting us whenever we left/came back from being out! - The location was incredible, tucked away down a quiet side street, felt very safe and quite literally a 3 minute walk to the main square! - The decor!!!! Oh my gosh it exceeded our expectations, the advertised photos look great but in real life it's absolutely stunning, the attention to detail was amazing, so beautiful and light when walking in! - Amazing breakfast included, there was 2 of us and the breakfast was fit for a king! Slightly different everyday, eggs on request, we loved the traditional moroccan pastries and cakes! - Sun loungers/parasols on the top terrace where you have breakfast, perfectly situated for relaxing if you want to - The lovely female cleaner tidied our room every day, even if there wasn't much to do (we are tidy people), changed the used towels everyday etc - Taxi service for 20 euros on arrival arranged through the riad, one of the staff members met us where the taxi dropped us off (no access through the narrow streets), great service We honestly did not want to leave, it was a tucked away paradise to come back to after the crazy heat and hustle and bustle in the souks! Thank you so much, we can't wait to visit again soon!

There really wasn't anything we didn't like enough to write about in detail...we loved it so much! A few things to be aware of if booking; There are 2 flights of stairs, relatively high ones with no lift so it wouldn't be accessible for those with mobility issues There is building work ongoing right next door, some bedrooms won't be affected by the noise depending on the location but ours was next to where the workers were so on a few mornings we heard them quite early. We were aware of this before booking and it didn't bother us as we are early risers but just putting it here to let others know who may have sleeping issues.

Beautifully designed riad, amazing hospitality, one of the best breakfasts I’ve had, strong shower and AC, strong WiFi, nice rooftop, great value!
