The location was really good and the car parking on the street was also fine.

The traffic noise was loud and constant and made sleeping difficult. Also, the damp and musty smell in the upstairs bedroom was overwhelming and the floor always seemed to be wet.

The main bedroom and bathroom on the top floor was not fit for habitation due to the intense smell raw sewage.

L'appartement spacieux avec 2 salles de bain, parfait pour les 4 filles que nous étions. Très belle rénovation moderne et fonctionnelle. La situation idéale à quelques minutes à pied d'Ortigia et le parking juste en face de l'appartement.Communicatiin très fluide et bienveillante.

This was a fantastic apartment. Very modern, stylish and spacious designer apartment in a fantastic location a short walk from Ortigia. Importantly for my coffee - mad family there were two coffee machines and plenty of coffee pods supplied! Great main kitchen and mini kitchen upstairs and a cafe right next door. Airconditioned throughout, which is essential in the hot and humid Sicilian summer. Easy keyless access made check in and checkout a breeze. If you have a car, parking is available for a few euros at the blue stripe parking lot just across the street. Hosts are very responsive too. We had our two adult kids with us who had the downstairs floor to themselves while the upstairs balcony, bedroom and ensuite is like a parents’ retreat. Highly recommended, especially for families or bigger groups.

Fantastic location, walking distance to the beautiful Ortigia and great eateries. Parking for your car is across the road that you can see from the apartment building. A nice upstairs outdoor area with cover, apartment is very spacious and clean. Hosts were very accommodating and communication was easy.
