The location was steps away from the beach. I took advantage of it, walking every morning to start my day.

The property was great.

The room was fully furnished for daily living, even down to the beach chairs, umbrella and anchor.

Nothing bad to be said.

Toaster was unsafe. Need new toaster. Closet doors were all beat up. Inside bedroom closet needs fixed. Ceilings are stained from above floors. Condo needs a fresh set of paint. Couldn’t enjoy the balcony due to others smoking. Need to fix the blinds. Some were broken off. Extremely slow drain in bathroom and shower. Glad we didn’t have anyone to sleep on the bunk beds in the hallway. I used that area to store my clothes for the trip since the bedroom was small and couldn’t get my suitcase in there.

Jeremy was very helpful especially when I was unable to find the location. The beach was the highlight of my trip. It was a quiet area even with the beach traffic.

The price is too expensive especially with all the extra fees. The TVs not working properly. The building is a little bit old.

It could use some Paint and a new couch, but not a deal breaker.

PROBLEM occurred with Entry Codes. Upon on-line prepayment, April 1, 2025, for 3 nights at Shore-Work's property, Booking,com + Shore-Works assured me, via email, that early a.m. on arrival day, April 30, I would be "texted" GATE -ENTRY CODE + Unit's DOOR CODE. Early on APRIL 30, I began checking text for codes, each hour. NO CODES. Becoming seriously worried, in google-searching I found 3 different phone #s for each corporation. At 2 p.m., I unsuccessfully attempted to reach any live-help agent to obtain our "MISSING CODES". Many hours later, upon arriving to Hilton Head Isl and the Property Complex, we found we were BLOCKED from entry because Shore-Works had FAILED to TEXT both the ENTRY "GATE" CODE + "Unit's" DOOR CODE. Parking outside complex and walking to "Locked Gate", we searched for anyone who could give phone # of property MGR to obtain the 2 CODES. The 1 solitary soul who walked inside gate explained he had knocked on Mgr's door, several times, with NO ANSWER. With dusk falling on Island, having driven the 15 minutes to more inhabited part of island, we faced the daunting challenge of finding a suitable, "clean AVAILABLE ROOM for night, in the DARK, with NO STREET LIGHTS ON. As DARKNESS enveloped us, as we searched, w/o any clue to motel, street locations on Hilton Isl., we became frightened we would find NO AVAILABLE ROOM to sleep that 1st night, and would have to risk sleeping alone in our car on a strange island.

As two 85 year olds, exhausted from 7 hours, grueling traffic-snarled, highway driving, we panicked, after unsuccessfully, diligently, meandering aimlessly, to find to find any motel with a room available for the night. At 9:30, webecame frightened and panicked that we would find NO last-minute minute VACANCY to rest our bodies for the night and would have to sleep in car's front seats. We were not only exhausted, but also frightened and scared, not knowing where to turn for help. Luckily, an elderly man we encountered near an about-to-close Information Kiosk, personally "GUIDED us" to a clean, friendly motel, and we rented that room for the 1ST NIGHT of our 3-night Hilton vacation. Mentally, we had had it with Shore-Work's rental property. The Ultimate insult occurred on Thurs, MAY 1ST, when Shore's property manager texted us the "MISSING "CODES, A FULL DAY AFTER our arrival day, which caused us to become desperate WITHOUT THEM, and in desperate NEED of a place to stay for ONE NIGHT !

Great location. Loved looking out at the ocean from our porch. Very nice quiet condo community.
