All good with property, would suggest to have one 2 point plug for hairdryer.

The views were amazing. There were good facilities such as gym, pool and restaurants nearby. The apartment was beautifully furnished.

It was located right next to the highway, and very busy roads during the day. There is constant highway traffic noise and during the day terrible traffic noise. Despite tastefully decorated apartment it really lacked utensils. There were only 3 forks and 3 spoons in the whole kitchen. Plus there were cockroaches in the kitchen which moved to the bedroom right next to the kitchen. The most disappointing part was the poor communication and lack of response. I had to email and resorted to texts to know how to check in after 5pm more then 4 times. I had to repeatedly ask 4 consecutive times for bin bags to clean out the garbage and ask for bug spray given the cockroaches found.

The location is very nice. It is found on the 9th floor and you get a great view from the bedroom and balcony

There was no one to take the trash out for the 10 days we stayed there.

Great spacious apartment in the city. Upper floor, great views, comfortable. The Onyx staff treated us like treasured guests even though it's a private unit. Zoleka (owners' agent) met us and got us into the place without any delays (communicate with the property agent assigned to you, they are super efficient, you just need to communicate to get the timing right). We would stay here again. Super convenient, welcoming luxury, hospitable.

Everything was great. I would give it 9.5 if possible. The place was perfect for our needs and desires. Zoleka was super responsive to questions via WhatsApp and any concerns were immediately resolved. No regrets.
