Need a car if you sleep there, as would be obvious. Free parking, a pool, and an overall very nice-looking place. around 2 hours from Venice, great for day trips. Tents are comfortable and have lights and power, which makes for a hotel-like experience. Clean bathrooms.

Bugs in the tents, most likely because it was off season, we did not mind and most people probably didn't experience this.

The place has a nice pool area with sun loungers; however on one day, they had a big party where people from outside could pay to enter to use the pool. This meant that there were no loungers free and the pool was too full. Other days were fine. There should be reserved space for guests. Also a lack of security as these people could wander around the campground, and there was no locks for the tents. There is an electricity outlet in the tent to charge phones. Obviously this place is only accessible by car (as an fyi).

The tent isn't protected from the outside at the bottom. There's a groundsheet which isn't attached to the outside of the tent, so grass pokes through the tent and the bugs get in. One of my drinks had mould in it and they said it was cardboard from the juice carton, but refused to replace it. Couldn't check in when we arrived at 13:30, even though they don't actually clean the tents or make the beds, because there are no sheets and no pillow, so we were confused why we had to wait when a nice gesture of goodwill would be to check in a bit early. Wifi very patchy and slow. Had an issue before we arrived where their booking account was apparently hacked, and I got scammed. I tried to explain when I arrived that I clicked the link because it came from their account, and I don't see how they were hacked when there is always 2 step verification, but they called me stupid for clicking the link, and showed no sympathy for me having paid from a link that literally came from their own booking account. They said I should have known that that message was fake, and that the next message was really them. They also take card payments at the venue from their phones, which seems sketchy. The public bathroom next to the pool has no toilet paper and is disgusting, wet, and dirty at all times.
