La posizione vicino al mare, anche se la spiaggia non é granché, dal punto di vista della battigia, perlopiù pietre su sabbia. Mare bello. Balcone esterno coperto e in posizione relativamente appartata e tranquilla.

Potrebbe migliorare sulla pulizia , e gli eventuali accessori in cucina , poco fornita.
